exhibition: chocolat
since 2016 i have exhibited a photo serie about cocoa with several talented chefs during salon du chocolat paris, taste of paris festival and once in marseille.

in 2016 and 2017, the theme was "chocolate as texture" i had asked 15 pastry chefs to create something with chocolate but not a dessert they could propose in a restaurant or pastry shop.

in 2018 i had asked 6 cook chefs to combine iode with cocoa with the same criteria: going beyond the plate.

in 2019 to celebrate the 25th of salon du chocolat paris and to show the evolution of my pictures while keeping a certain aesthetic continuity, i crossed some pictures from the two previous series with a new one.

the main theme was "chocolate and vegetal". once again, I asked them to free themselves from the constraints of a plate; to propose raw, mineral... To integrate chocolate in a more primitive composition, herbaceous or floral.

25 pictures were exhibited.
i did like the idea that their approach and sensitivity on the subject are quite distinct and specific to their universe but after all, once exhibited, they are unified into a whole.
